I ensure that our operations team are consistently delivering the highest level of customer service to both our clients and partners. Whether that be our projects team opening new client venues, or our helpdesk and field service technicians providing support to our wider client base. I support my team not only in an operational capacity, but also as a mentor to help every team member develop their skill set and knowledge. - Why is Cirrus different and what make it a good place to work?
